  5.     1. Registered versions no longer use a keyfile.

  7.     2. Now runs from ANY directory on the path.

  9.     3. New Forced Write option. Will write the description to the dir
  10.        file regardless of whether or not it already exists.

  12.     4. New UPLOAD option. Can be used in place of PCBDESC.EXE. in the
  13.        PCBTEST.BAT file. Now you can get the descriptions from ALL
  14.        archive files... not just ZIP files!
